Watering |
The City of Laval asks for the collaboration of all the citizens, in order to respect the new municipal regulation concerning the watering of the lawns, the floors and the gardens.
The City recalls that only one time range can be used for the watering of the lawns. Any infraction towards this regulation will involve a fine going from 100 $ to 1 000 $ for the first offence and from 150 $ to 2000 $ for a repetition. |

for the residences without automatic system of watering
You are
allowed to water from May 15 to September 1 between 20 H and 24 H
(midnight) according to your civic number (addresses odd one day odd,
addresses even one even date).
Exclusively
for the residences with an automatic system of watering
(programmable or with a timer) You are allowed to water from May 15 to September 1 only in the morning, from 4 to 7, according to your civic number (addresses odd one day odd, addresses even one even date). |

New lawn Before watering a new lawn, you must obtain a permit that will permit you to water your lawn for a duration of 15 consecutive days. Fees of 25 $ are required for the permit. The citizens will be able to purchase the permit at the reception of the Service of public works and Urban environment, 2550, Industriel boulevard or at the City Hall, 1place du souvenir. |
